The company opened its new 90,255-square-foot corporate office on Monday, October 26. The headquarters is located on the same campus as the In-N-Out Burger restaurant in Franklin, off Interstate 65 near Berry Farms.

The new office will work alongside the company’s distribution warehouse in Lebanon to support its growing restaurant operations throughout the region.

In-N-Out confirmed the opening in a statement, saying the company will begin with a significant number of employees, known as Associates, at the new office. Additional hiring and employee relocations will take place as the headquarters grows toward its full staffing goal.

“This is truly an exciting day for our In-N-Out Family,” said In-N-Out President and Owner Lynsi Snyder said in a statement to Williamsonsource. “We’re deeply grateful for the warm welcome we’ve received in Tennessee and have loved becoming part of these communities as we support our Associates and care for our Customers every day.”

The corporate office is located on the same property as In-N-Out’s Franklin restaurant, which opened in February 2026 at 1951 Double Double Drive.

In-N-Out first announced plans to expand into Tennessee in January 2023, selecting Franklin for its Eastern U.S. operations. The new office will support the company’s expansion into markets east of Texas, with jobs in operations management, human resources, information technology, and other corporate departments.

The company broke ground on the Franklin development in September 2024.

In-N-Out Burger was founded in California in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder and remains family-owned. President and owner Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson leads the company and has also relocated to Tennessee.

The opening of the Franklin headquarters completes the company’s planned investment in the city, bringing both corporate operations and one of its popular restaurants to Williamson County.

In-N-Out Burger has opened five restaurants in Middle Tennessee, beginning with locations in Antioch, Lebanon, and Murfreesboro in December 2025, followed by Franklin in February 2026 and Madison in July 2026, with additional locations planned for Hendersonville, Hermitage, and other areas.
