Country music star Jelly Roll and his former wife, Bunnie XO, have listed their Franklin estate for nearly $7 million following their divorce, according to TMZ. More Entertainment News
TMZ reports the former couple listed the Franklin property for sale September 30th. The custom-built home sits on nearly 10 acres and includes more than 7,000 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The home features views of the surrounding Tennessee countryside, a chef’s kitchen and a media den overlooking a glass-walled automotive showroom. Outdoor amenities include a covered porch with a full outdoor kitchen, dining and living spaces, and a resort-style swimming pool.
Erik Levin with Benchmark Realty and Greg Sanford with Greg Sanford Real Estate are handling the listing, TMZ reports.
The property is being listed after Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO finalized their divorce in July. TMZ reports court documents show the former couple reached a settlement addressing assets including homes, vehicles, aircraft, and intellectual property. The settlement also included a one-time lump-sum payment from Jelly Roll to Bunnie XO.
TMZ previously reported that movers were seen at the Franklin residence in June, before the divorce was finalized. Jelly Roll filed for divorce in May. Sources told TMZ at the time that the decision to separate was mutual and was being handled privately.
Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, and Bunnie XO married in August 2016 after meeting the previous year.
