Michael Young, age 64, of Woodbury passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2026. He was the son of the late Shirley and Felson Young. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Mark and Anthony Young and his beloved dog Maria.
He survived by nephews Nicholas (Amber) Young, Tanner Young and Michael Thomas; great nieces and nephews Olivia, Bradley and Bryce Young; Cousin Edwina and Robert Ward.
Michael was a simple man, gun collector, enjoyed McDonalds, spending time with best friends Joe and Duck. Was a notorious end of the world prepper.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, October 24, 2026, in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Gunter Grizzle Cemetery. His family will receive friends for visitation from 4 PM to 7 PM Friday, October 23, 2026.
