The Grand Ole Opry® will celebrate the holiday season with another festive year of Opry Country Christmas, the merriest show in Music City, beginning Sunday, November 29. More Entertainment News
Among those already scheduled for the 12-show series include Lorrie Morgan (Nov. 30), Chris Janson (Dec. 2), Maggie Rose and The Oak Ridge Boys (Dec. 3), The War And Treaty (Dec. 6), Neal McCoy and Jo Dee Messina (Dec. 10), Ashley McBryde (Dec. 13), Kathy Mattea (Dec. 14), Jamey Johnson (Dec. 20), Steven Curtis Chapman and John Berry (Dec. 21), and Tasha Layton (Dec. 22), with additional performers to be announced.
Opry members and other favorites including John Foster, Rhonda Vincent, Riders in the Sky, Mandy Barnett, Chris Scruggs and The Stone Fox Five featuring Ben Scruggs, and the Opry Square Dancers will each be featured on numerous performances during the series. Each show will blend artists’ original music with timeless Christmas favorites and holiday traditions from the home of country music.
