The Academy of Country Music has announced a star-studded lineup of performers and presenters for the 19th ACM Honors, set for Wednesday, August 19, at The Pinnacle in Nashville. More Entertainment News
Avery Anna, Big Kenny, Carly Pearce, Carter Faith, Dierks Bentley, Dylan Scott, Gabriella Rose, Gavin Adcock, Kaitlin Butts, Mark Collie, Margo Price, Megan Moroney, Parker McCollum and Trisha Yearwood are scheduled to perform during the ceremony. Brenda Lee will make a special guest appearance, while Zach John King will present the ACM Studio Recording and Industry Awards.
The evening will also feature a special tribute to country music legend Dolly Parton, who will receive the ACM Poet’s Award. Parton will accept the honor through a special video message.
Four-time ACM Award winner Carly Pearce and three-time ACM Award winner Parker McCollum will co-host the event, which is presented by TennPop, Seltzer of the South.
Parton is being recognized for her decades-long influence as one of country music’s most celebrated songwriters. A 13-time ACM Award recipient, she has maintained a longstanding relationship with the Academy and has hosted the ACM Awards three times.
Her songwriting catalog includes classics such as “Jolene,” “Coat of Many Colors” and “I Will Always Love You.” Her work has also received multiple ACM Song of the Year nominations, including “You’re the Only One,” “9 to 5” and “When I Get Where I’m Going.”
Parton joins previously announced honorees Bill Anderson, Brett James, C2C: Country to Country, The Carter Family, Eric Church, Kacey Musgraves, the Paramount+ television series “Landman,” Leslie Fram, Mike Curb and Scott Zolke.
ACM Artist-Songwriter of the Year winner Ella Langley, ACM Songwriter of the Year winner Jessie Jo Dillon and the ACM Studio Recording and Industry Award winners will also be recognized during the ceremony, often referred to as the country music industry’s favorite night.
TennPop, a Tennessee-based spirit seltzer made with Tennessee vodka, local honey and sparkling water, will serve as the event’s presenting partner.
