Murfreesboro’s long-awaited Buc-ee’s travel center now has an opening date, with the massive new location set to welcome customers on November 16, according to Nashville HQ.
The new Buc-ee’s will be located off Interstate 24 at the Joe B. Jackson Parkway exit. The 74,000-square-foot travel center will feature 120 fueling stations and all of the Buc-ee’s staples customers have come to expect, with one exception: there will not be a car wash.
Visitors will find Buc-ee’s well-known clean bathrooms, beef jerky, Beaver Nuggets, fudge and brisket, along with a wide selection of merchandise featuring the Buc-ee’s logo. The location will also offer plenty of parking, with 490 spaces for cars and 15 spaces for RVs and buses.
The Murfreesboro location was originally projected to open in September 2024, but extensive improvements to several roads in the area took several years to complete.
Buc-ee’s opened its first Tennessee location in Crossville in June 2022, followed by its second location near Sevierville in June 2023. A third Tennessee location is scheduled to open this summer near Memphis.
Murfreesboro will become the fourth Buc-ee’s location in Tennessee when it opens Nov. 16.
