Bacco, the newly opened Tuscan-inspired steakhouse at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, is launching a new monthly Sunday Supper dining series called The Big Night. More Eat & Drink News
The immersive dinner experience begins August 9 and will take place one Sunday each month, featuring guest chefs and sommeliers from across the country. Each dinner will focus on a different theme and primary ingredient, with a portion of proceeds benefiting No Kid Hungry.
The series will be led by Bacco’s culinary team, including Four Seasons Hotel Nashville Executive Chef Derek Simcik, who will welcome award-winning, James Beard-nominated and Food Network-recognized chefs into the kitchen for a one-night-only menu. Guests can expect shared plates, curated wine pairings and a communal dining experience centered around food, wine and hospitality.
“The Big Night offers a lively, communal dining experience centered around shared plates, curated wine pairings, and warm hospitality, designed to bring guests together around exceptional culinary talent,” said Bacco Director of Operations Nishaan Chavda in a release.
