Ahead of their rumored wedding, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are said to have donated $26 million to charity, reports Variety.
While the couple hasn’t acknowledged the allegedly upcoming nuptials, several charities today noted they received donations from the couple. There are a total of 20 charities that received donations, with two in Tennessee, The Store and Dolly’s Imagination Library.
One local charity, The Store, founded by country artist Brad Paisley and Kimberly Williams Paisley, shared on social media, “We’re incredibly grateful to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce for their transformative gift to The Store. Their kindness will help more families across Middle Tennessee access fresh, healthy food with dignity and choice, and we’re honored to have their support. Congratulations to Taylor and Travis on your upcoming wedding! Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness as you begin this next chapter together. Thank you for helping make a difference in the lives of our neighbors.”
New York- based nonprofit Education Through Music shared a statement with us: “At Education Through Music, we believe every child deserves access to the joy, creativity, and confidence that music education provides,” said Janice Weinman, Chief Executive Officer of Education Through Music. “Taylor and Travis’s extraordinary generosity is a powerful affirmation of that belief. This gift will help us reach more students, support more music teachers, and ensure that music remains a meaningful part of a child’s core education, especially in schools where access to the arts is too often limited.”
