What’s in the Smokin’ Honey Melts

Both subs are built around a new honey chipotle sauce that’s sweet, smoky, and mildly spicy. Each one comes with provolone, brown sugar caramelized onions, and red and green bell peppers on Firehouse Subs’ signature top-sliced toasted roll. Guests pick between grilled white meat chicken breast or flame-seared USDA Choice prime rib. Both options pack up to 55 grams of protein.

Where the New Melts Fit on the Menu

The Smokin’ Honey Chicken and Steak Melts join the Steak & Cheese Melt, which launched earlier this year, as part of Firehouse Subs’ Melt lineup. The new subs bring a different flavor direction with the honey chipotle sauce not found on other menu items.

New Cookies & Crème Cookie

Firehouse Subs is also adding a Cookies & Crème Cookie, baked fresh in-restaurant daily. It’s a blonde cookie with white crème chips and chocolate sandwich cookie pieces, available nationwide for a limited time while supplies last.

Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation

A portion of every purchase at Firehouse Subs goes to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, which provides equipment and resources to first responders across North America. The Foundation has distributed more than $115 million to date.
