What Comes in the DQ $6.99 Chicken Strip Basket
The deal includes a four-piece Chicken Strip Basket with a choice of Original or FlameThrower Chicken Strips made with 100% white meat. Each basket comes with golden hot fries, a drink, and a dipping sauce from the new MVP Dip Lineup.
The Three New MVP Dip Flavors
DQ is introducing three dipping sauce options with the promotion. The Strip Dip is a creamy, tangy sauce with a black pepper kick. The Ghost Pepper Dip brings smoky, fiery heat. The third option is DQ’s classic House-made Hidden Valley Ranch, made on-site at every DQ location daily.
DQ Teams Up with College Mascots for Football Season Campaign
To promote the deal, DQ partnered with mascots from three universities — The Duck at the University of Oregon, Reggie Redbird at Illinois State University, and Big Jay at the University of Kansas. The campaign launched with a video now live on DQ’s social channels, featuring the mascots reacting to fan enthusiasm for the basket and new dips.
