K-Fire Chicken Udon Is the New Addition

The K-Fire Chicken Udon is made with wheat noodles stir-fried with buldak-style spicy chicken, onions, scallions, and mushrooms in a spicy Korean sauce. The dish is topped with melted mozzarella cheese. It is the spiciest of the three udon dishes on the menu.

Three Udon Dishes Are on the Menu

The Udon Obsession menu includes one new dish and two returning dishes.

  • K-Fire Chicken Udon (new) – Wheat noodles stir-fried with buldak-style spicy chicken, onions, scallions, and mushrooms in a spicy Korean sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bulgogi Stir-Fry Udon – Wheat noodles stir-fried with bulgogi beef, Soy Garlic sauce, onions, and red bell peppers, topped with scallions and sesame seeds.
  • Bacon Kimchi Stir-Fry Udon – Wheat noodles stir-fried with kimchi, bacon, and onions in Soy Garlic and Spicy sauces, topped with a fried egg and scallions.

Bulgogi and Bacon Kimchi Udon Return

The Bulgogi Stir-Fry Udon and Bacon Kimchi Stir-Fry Udon have both been offered at Bonchon in the past. The bulgogi dish uses a savory Soy Garlic sauce, while the bacon kimchi dish combines Soy Garlic and Spicy sauces.
