Carolina Crunch Stacks Bo-Rounds as the Sandwich Base
The Carolina Crunch uses two extra-large Bo-Tato Rounds® seasoned with Bojangles’ signature blend as the bread, replacing a traditional biscuit or bun. The sandwich layers crispy Applewood-smoked bacon, fluffy eggs, and melted American cheese between the rounds. Bo-Rounds are the top-ordered breakfast side at Bojangles, making the move to feature them as a sandwich base a direct nod to their popularity.
Cajun Bacon Ranch Biscuit Remixes a Classic
The Cajun Bacon Ranch Biscuit builds on the existing Cajun Filet Biscuit® by adding Applewood-smoked bacon, American cheese, and house-made ranch. The chicken breast is all-white meat, marinated in Bojangles’ seasoning blend, and served on a made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit. The sandwich is available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
