First Watch Holiday Menu Mixes Savory and Sweet Flavors
The seasonal lineup includes five new items: a breakfast hash, a taco plate, a pancake breakfast, a cinnamon roll and a fresh-pressed juice. According to First Watch’s culinary team, the goal was to tap into the nostalgia and tradition tied to holiday meals while adding a few unexpected twists to familiar breakfast ingredients.

- Truffle Bacon & Brie Hash – Brie, Monterey Jack, diced hardwood-smoked bacon, house-roasted onions and crimini mushrooms in a potato hash. Topped with two cage-free eggs any style, lemon-dressed arugula, cracked black pepper, a drizzle of truffle honey and fresh herbs. Served with Brie ciabatta toast.
- Double Crunch Breakfast Tacos – Two wheat-corn tortillas with refried black beans, Cheddar and Monterey Jack, wrapped around crispy corn tortilla shells and filled with scrambled cage-free eggs, hardwood-smoked bacon and hand-pulled carnitas. Topped with lime crema, housemade pico de gallo, avocado and cilantro. Served with a cup of fresh fruit sprinkled with Tajín seasoning.
- Cinnamon Chip Pancake Breakfast – Two cage-free eggs cooked any style with a cinnamon chip pancake and a choice of hardwood-smoked bacon, smoked ham, or pork, turkey or chicken apple sausage.
- Caramel Apple Cinnamon Roll – A freshly baked cinnamon roll topped with cream cheese icing and spiced apple compote, then drizzled with salted caramel.
- Prickly Paradise – A fresh juice made with Anjou pear, prickly pear, lemon and ginger.
Truffle Bacon and Brie Hash Headlines the Lineup
First Watch singled out the Truffle Bacon & Brie Hash as the dish that best represents the holiday menu. It combines creamy Brie and smoky bacon with roasted mushrooms and onions, and the truffle honey drizzle adds a touch of sweetness to the savory base. Shane Schaibly, Senior Vice President of Culinary Strategy at First Watch, described it as a more festive take on everyday breakfast ingredients.
When the First Watch Seasonal Menu Is Available
The holiday menu is available now through Jan. 4, 2027. That window covers Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s, making it a fit for holiday brunch plans with family and friends. Seasonal items can be ordered for dine-in, pickup or delivery.

First Watch’s seasonal menus follow the restaurant’s “Follow the Sun” approach, which focuses on sourcing the freshest produce and ingredients available at each time of year.
