Nashville Zoo is teaming up with Keebler for the second year to bring back the Spookie Stripes Safari, a seasonal scavenger hunt running now through Oct. 31. Click for More Events
The promotion coincides with the return of Keebler’s limited-edition Spookie Fudge Stripes cookies and gives visitors a chance to explore the zoo while searching for striped animals and answering interactive trivia questions.
Guests can participate by scanning QR codes found on specially marked packages or signs throughout Nashville Zoo. Those unable to visit the zoo can take part through an online version that challenges users to find striped cookies hidden among striped animals.
Participants will be entered for a chance to win several prizes, including an annual Nashville Zoo membership, a behind-the-scenes animal experience and a grand-prize trip for four to Nashville.
The grand prize includes zoo admission, a premium backstage tour, unlimited Adventure Passes, roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations and spending money.
The safari is included with general zoo admission or membership and will continue through Nashville Zoo’s annual Boo at the Zoo event.
Boo at the Zoo is scheduled to run nightly from Oct. 16 through Nov. 1 from 5 to 9 p.m.
“At Nashville Zoo, we are always looking for ways to make visits extra special for our guests,” said Hailey Hays, Nashville Zoo’s associate vice president of marketing. “Hosting this special collaboration with Keebler for the second year is a great way to create a fun tradition for our guests that they will remember for years to come.”
The Spookie Stripes Safari runs through Oct. 31.
