Located about a mile from downtown and the Gulch, the 185-unit resort is the first fully branded Sports Illustrated Resorts destination.
The property includes studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, each with a full kitchen and in-unit laundry.
Following the renovation, the resort also features an SI Fit gym, sports bar, game room and pool deck designed for gameday activities and events.
“Sports have a unique ability to bring people together, creating shared experiences and lasting memories both on and off the field,” said Geoff Richards, chief operating officer at Travel + Leisure Co. “Sports Illustrated Resorts Nashville captures that spirit by creating a destination where guests can connect with the energy of competition, storytelling and community while experiencing everything that makes Nashville such a special place to visit.”
The resort is designed to appeal to visitors traveling to Nashville for sporting events, concerts and other entertainment. An on-site sports concierge will also help guests access local games, events and other experiences around the city.
The opening comes as Nashville continues to grow as a sports tourism destination. According to the Nashville Sports Council, sporting events it has supported have generated more than $1.5 billion in economic impact, nearly 1.2 million hotel room nights and more than 5.5 million spectators.
The resort supports approximately 50 to 60 full-time employees across operations, sales and marketing, with additional jobs supported through third-party hospitality partners.
A final phase of construction is still underway. Additional features, including a branded valet entrance and expanded tailgate deck, are expected to be completed in the coming months.
An official grand opening celebration is planned for November 2026.
Sports Illustrated Resorts is operated by Travel + Leisure Co. under a license from Authentic Brands Group. Additional locations are planned in Chicago, Baton Rouge and Tuscaloosa.
