Panera’s fall soup menu returns with one new addition and two seasonal staples:
- Three-Cheese Lasagna Soup (NEW): Italian-style sausage, lasagna ribbon pasta, and parmesan cheese in a ricotta tomato broth topped with asiago cheese
- Rustic Baked Potato Soup: Homestyle-cut potatoes, bacon and chives in a seasoned creamy broth topped with additional bacon
- Autumn Squash Soup: Butternut squash and pumpkin simmered in vegetable broth with honey, cinnamon and a hint of curry, finished with sweet cream and topped with roasted pumpkin seeds
Ciabatta Dippers Return Alongside Panera’s Warm Sandwich Menu
Ciabatta Dippers are back for the season in two varieties: the French Ciabatta Dipper and the Chicken Pesto Ciabatta Dipper. The offering is designed to pair with Panera’s soup menu. Other warm sandwiches available this fall include the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, the Toasted Italiano, and the Chicken Bacon Rancher.

The fall bakery lineup includes:
