The season includes Giselle, Cinderella, Nashville’s Nutcracker, Live in Studio A, Día de los Muertos and Attitude.

“Movement Taking Form captures the exciting momentum of Nashville Ballet’s artistic evolution,” said Nick Mullikin, Nashville Ballet’s artistic director and CEO in a release. “This season celebrates the enduring beauty of ballet’s most beloved classics while embracing fresh voices and visionary choreography.”

The season begins with Live in Studio A, running Sept. 11–20 at The Martin Center for Nashville Ballet. The intimate program will feature George Balanchine’s Allegro Brillante alongside four original works created by Nashville Ballet’s artistic team and dancers. The program will also include a new work inspired by The Picture of Dorian Gray, choreographed by Nashville Ballet Rehearsal Director Travis Bradley.
Mullikin will premiere a reimagined production of Giselle Oct. 2–4 at TPAC’s Polk Theater. Returning to Nashville for the first time in more than a decade, the production will feature refreshed choreography, newly designed costumes, an updated musical score and live accompaniment from The Nashville Symphony.

Día de los Muertos returns Oct. 28 through Nov. 1 at The Martin Center following sold-out performances in 2024. Choreographed by Maria A. Konrad, the contemporary work celebrates Mexican culture through the artistry of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera.

Paul Vasterling’s Emmy Award-winning Nashville’s Nutcracker will return to TPAC's Jackson Hall from Nov. 27 through Dec. 27. Accompanied live by The Nashville Symphony, the production is set during the 1897 Tennessee Centennial Exposition and incorporates local history into the traditional holiday story.

Cinderella will be presented Feb. 26–28, 2027, at TPAC’s Jackson Hall. Featuring choreography by Vasterling and Prokofiev’s score performed live by The Nashville Symphony, the production brings the classic fairy tale to the stage through dance, theatrical storytelling and romance.

The season concludes with Attitude May 7–9, 2027, at TPAC’s Polk Theater. The contemporary repertory program will feature the return of Mullikin’s Erase the Night, a world premiere by Marika Brussel and Ulysses Dove’s Red Angels.
Single tickets are on sale now and start at $35, depending on the production and seating location.

Season packages also remain available, including a complete six-show package, customizable three- or four-production packages, a family package featuring Día de los Muertos, Nashville’s Nutcracker and Cinderella, and a symphony package featuring the three productions accompanied live by The Nashville Symphony.
