What’s in Moe’s Birria
Moe’s Birria is beef that’s slow-braised and simmered with chiles and garlic, giving it a smoky flavor. Guests can build it with any of Moe’s ingredients and toppings, and it’s available in four ways:
- Burrito
- Bowl
- Taco
- Quesadilla
Free Grilled Burrito Dipper for Moe Rewards Members
To mark Birria’s return, eligible Moe’s Rewards members can get a free Grilled Burrito Dipper with any purchase. The offer runs November 4 through November 22, 2026, and terms apply, so check eligibility in the rewards program before ordering.
How Long Moe’s Birria Will Be Available
Birria is scheduled to stay on the menu through spring 2027 at participating locations, while supplies last. Moe’s has not announced a specific end date.

Birria is available at participating Moe’s Southwest Grill locations nationwide. As of September 27, 2026, Moe’s had 530 locations in 37 states and across two countries and territories. Guests can find the nearest location at www.moes.com.
