Visit Franklin has partnered with the Simmons Bank Open for the Snedeker Foundation to offer complimentary general-admission tickets to all fans attending this year’s tournament. Click for More Events
The Simmons Bank Open returns to Vanderbilt Legends Club in Franklin from Sept. 10–13, 2026, as the opening event of the Korn Ferry Tour Playoffs. The tournament will feature a 156-player field competing for a $1.5 million purse. The Korn Ferry Tour Playoffs determine the top 30 players who will earn PGA TOUR cards for the 2026–27 season, making the Franklin event an important stop on the road to professional golf’s highest level.
Past competitors have included Scottie Scheffler, Cameron Young, Xander Schauffele and Max Homa. Local favorite and Vanderbilt Legends Club member Blades Brown is also expected to return as he pursues full PGA TOUR status.
“We’re proud to partner with and support the Simmons Bank Open in making admission to this year’s tournament free for everyone,” said Maureen Haley Thornton, president and CEO of Visit Franklin in a release. “We hope that this will give visitors and locals, especially young fans, the chance to experience world-class golf right here in Franklin.”
Fans can register for free general-admission tickets through the tournament’s website. Hospitality packages are also available, including access to the Piggy Bank, an all-inclusive experience featuring local chefs, restaurants and spirits makers.

Now in its 10th year, the Simmons Bank Open has raised more than $850,000 for local charities since its inaugural tournament in 2016, including more than $450,000 for the Snedeker Foundation.
The tournament will again host Foundation Friday on Sept. 11, giving area nonprofit organizations an opportunity to connect with fans, share their missions and raise money on-site.
As the first of four Korn Ferry Tour Finals events broadcast on Golf Channel, the Simmons Bank Open continues to bring national attention to Franklin and Vanderbilt Legends Club. A five-year commitment to the venue will keep Franklin on the tour schedule as a key stop for players pursuing PGA TOUR status.
