What Is Nashville Hottie Chicken Salad
Nashville Hottie is Chicken Salad Chick’s newest and hottest chicken salad flavor. Inspired by Nashville hot chicken, it combines fiery heat with tangy dill pickle pieces. Guests can order it as a scoop, sandwich, melt or Quick Chick, and it’s also available as a featured flavor for catering orders.
Chicken Poblano Soup Returns for Fall
Chicken Poblano Soup is back on the menu and will be served daily throughout the fall season. The soup features diced chicken, poblano peppers, corn, black beans and a hint of lime in a creamy base. It pairs directly with the heat of Nashville Hottie for guests looking to build out a full meal.
New Pumpkin Spice Cake Joins the Dessert Menu
Chicken Salad Chick is also introducing Pumpkin Spice Cake, a triple-layer cake with cream cheese frosting. It’s available by the slice in restaurants and online, or whole through catering. The addition marks the brand’s third cake flavor, following White Chocolate Cake and Red Velvet Cake.
Cookies for a CURE Campaign Runs All September
Throughout September, a portion of proceeds from each Lemon Burst Buttercream Cookie sold will benefit CURE Childhood Cancer, an Atlanta-based nonprofit supporting pediatric cancer research. The Lemon Burst Buttercream Cookie is topped with a natural lemon zest buttercream frosting and is available in-restaurant and online. Since 2017, the Chicken Salad Chick Foundation has donated more than $2 million toward pediatric cancer research and food insecurity initiatives. At its March 2026 owner conference, the brand presented CURE Childhood Cancer with a record donation of $382,604.30 from the 2025 campaign — more than $50,000 above the previous year’s total.
Double Points Days for Rewards Members
Chicken Salad Chick rewards members can earn double points on September 8 and October 7. New members can enroll through the Chicken Salad Chick app. Rewards perks include a free meal on a member’s birthday, a free scoop after the first qualifying purchase, and ongoing point redemptions for free food and discounts.
