Greek Goddess Dressing Ingredients and Flavor
The Greek Goddess dressing is a tangy, herby blend of Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, herbs and spices. It is CAVA’s Mediterranean take on classic green goddess dressing, and it is designed to pair with glazed salmon or grilled steak. Longtime CAVA fans may recognize the flavor from the brand’s Greek Goddess dip sold in grocery stores, which inspired the new restaurant version for bowls and pitas.
CAVA co-founder and Chief Concept Officer Ted Xenohristos said the menu draws on the Mediterranean tradition he grew up with, which pairs bold flavors with fresh ingredients. He described the new dressing as another way for guests to enjoy ingredients they already know.
New Greek Goddess Bowl, Salad and Fall Drink
The fall 2026 lineup includes three new menu items:
- Greek Goddess Salmon Bowl: Glazed salmon over saffron rice and arugula with red pepper hummus, traditional hummus, pickled onions, fiery broccoli, sumac cabbage slaw and Greek Goddess dressing.
- Greek Goddess Steak Salad: Grilled steak over Power Greens with traditional hummus, tzatziki, tomato and cucumber, sumac cabbage slaw, kalamata olives, feta, pita crisps and Greek Goddess dressing.
- Pomegranate Apple Drink: A seasonal red drink with a slightly sweet, slightly tart flavor, made for fall.
Greek Goddess Celebration at Flatiron Plaza in New York City
On Oct. 15, 2026, CAVA turned Flatiron Plaza in Manhattan into an ancient Greece-themed installation centered on a stone Greek Goddess. People walking through the plaza could sample the Greek Goddess dressing with CAVA’s pita chips, along with the Pomegranate Apple drink.
CAVA Rewards Members Offered a Free Entree
CAVA extended the launch beyond New York City with a nationwide rewards offer. A limited number of CAVA Rewards members across the U.S. who texted a limited-time code to CAVA received a free entree reward to try the Greek Goddess menu. Details were shared through CAVA’s social media channels, and membership is available at cava.com/rewards.
