A Nevada company tied to Elon Musk’s The Boring Company has acquired property on Murfreesboro Pike in Nashville, WSMV reports.
The $7 million sale was recorded September 17 in a special warranty deed.
FJ PADS LLC, a Nevada limited liability company tied to The Boring Company, purchased the property from JD Ltd., a Tennessee general partnership, records show.
Although The Boring Company has not announced plans for the property, it sits along the route of the Music City Loop, where construction is underway. The underground tunnel is expected to connect downtown Nashville and the Convention Center with Nashville International Airport.
