Drivers using Nashville International Airport’s Economy Lot B will have a new entrance and exit beginning Sept. 1 as part of ongoing roadway improvements at the airport.
Access to Economy Lot B will move from the connector road between Donelson Pike and Terminal Drive directly to Terminal Drive.
Drivers entering Terminal Drive should stay in the far-right lane and follow signs for the Economy Lot B entrance and exit plaza.
A new automated pay plaza will also be installed at the updated exit. The plaza will not be staffed and will operate under BNA’s cashless parking system, which began July 1.
When leaving Economy Lot B, drivers will turn right onto Terminal Drive and follow signs toward Interstate 40. From there, drivers can head west on I-40 toward downtown Nashville or east toward Hermitage and Donelson Pike via Exit 216B.
Drivers leaving Economy Lot C can also use the new outbound lane toward I-40 to avoid circling Terminal Drive.
BNA is encouraging drivers to watch for signs and traffic changes throughout the work zone.
The changes are part of New Horizon, BNA’s $3 billion expansion program aimed at improving the airport’s roads and supporting future growth.
