What’s on the Jalapeño Business Burger

Built on a toasted brioche bun, the Jalapeño Business starts with a seven-ounce beef patty and cheddar cheese. From there, it layers on fresh jalapeño slices, a housemade fried jalapeño popper and housemade raspberry bacon jam. A flash-fried whole jalapeño tops the finished burger, adding extra crunch and heat.

The Sweet Heat Combination Behind the Build

The burger is designed around a sweet-and-savory contrast. The raspberry bacon jam tempers the spice from both the fresh jalapeños and the fried popper, while the flash-fried jalapeño topper delivers a finishing kick.
