How Arby’s Prepares the Chicken

The chicken is marinated in a spice blend that includes garlic, onion, and paprika. It’s then seared, sliced and cooked sous vide. The same chicken is used in all three sandwiches.

Three Chicken Cheesesteak Options on the Menu

• Chicken Cheesesteak: seasoned chicken, American Cooper Cheese and caramelized onions on a toasted sesame roll.
• Chicken Deluxe Cheesesteak: the Chicken Cheesesteak with shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
• Spicy Chicken Cheesesteak: the Chicken Cheesesteak with a spicy glaze.

Chicken Joins the Angus Cheesesteak Lineup

Arby’s Angus Cheesesteak is made with seasoned, thinly shaved 100% Angus steak. The chicken versions use the same Cooper Cheese.
