ALDI ready-made meals are coming to stores starting in early October 2026, marking the first time the grocery chain has offered its own line of fresh, heat-and-eat meals. ALDI Ready-Made Meals Include Seven Fresh Options
The first collection covers a mix of pasta dishes, comfort food and globally inspired recipes. Five meals are sized for one person and two are sized for a family.
Single-serve meals (under $8):
- Beef Bolognese Spaghetti
- Beef Brisket with White Mac & Cheese
- Butter Chicken & Rice
- Chicken Burrito Bowl
- Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
Family-size meals (under $15):
- Chicken and Bacon Mac n’ Cheese
- Meat Lovers Pizza Bake
Prices Stay Under $8 for Single Meals and Under $15 for Families
Every item in the collection comes in under $15. The single-serve meals are priced under $8 each, making them an option for packed lunches or quick dinners. The family-size meals are priced under $15 and are designed to feed a household at dinnertime.
Ingredients and Protein Content in Each Meal
The meals are made with ingredients such as chicken breast, smoked beef brisket and real cheeses, along with sauces made from scratch. Single-serve meals contain between 30 and 46 grams of protein each. Family-size meals provide between 16 and 22 grams of protein per serving. The meals work for lunch, family dinners or weekly meal prep.
Why ALDI Is Adding Ready-Made Meals
ALDI points to a figure showing that 61% of Americans list convenience as a top factor when making purchases. The new collection is aimed at shoppers who want a fast meal without paying higher prices. The meals were developed with Kitchen Food Company, the ALDI supplier for the ready-made line, which tested hundreds of recipes during development.
When Ready-Made Meals Arrive in ALDI Stores
Ready-made meals start rolling out in select ALDI markets in early October, with more markets added throughout the fall. The full collection is expected to be available at ALDI stores across the country by January 2027. ALDI also plans to release new ready-made meals every month over the next year as part of its rotating ALDI Finds selection.
Where to Find Ready-Made Meals Inside the Store
The meals are stocked in the refrigerated meals section near the front entrance of ALDI stores. They are sold fresh, not frozen, and come packaged in trays that go straight into the microwave or oven.
