A Bellevue man was arrested after detectives found a video depicting minors engaged in sex acts with adults in his cellphone cloud storage account.
Sex Crimes detectives arrested Benjamin F. Cowden, 29, on Sept. 17 on a charge of sexual exploitation of minors. He was taken into custody shortly after leaving his Bellevue apartment.
The investigation began after the MNPD Internet Crimes Against Children Unit received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Cowden was jailed in lieu of $78,000 bond.
