Thanksgiving Turkey Sub Ingredients and Gravy Option
The Thanksgiving Turkey Sub was built around classic holiday dinner flavors:
- Carved turkey breast
- Warm stuffing
- Sweet-tart cranberry sauce
- Mayo
- Toasted white or wheat sub roll
Guests could also add a side of Firehouse Subs’ turkey gravy for dipping. The gravy is made with garlic, roasted turkey and vegetable stock.
New Pecan Bar Joined the Seasonal Menu
The Pecan Bar was a new addition for 2026. It is baked fresh in-restaurant daily and made with toasted pecans and caramel flavor. Firehouse Subs suggested pairing the turkey sub and Pecan Bar with a Dr Pepper for a complete Thanksgiving-inspired meal.
Availability Through the End of December 2026
The Thanksgiving Turkey Sub and Pecan Bar were available at participating Firehouse Subs locations starting Sept. 28 and were scheduled to remain on the menu through the end of December, or while supplies last. Purchases Supported the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation
A portion of every Firehouse Subs purchase went to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, which provides lifesaving equipment and resources to first responders and public safety organizations. The foundation had awarded more than $118 million to first responders across North America to date.
