Distributed through Fandango, the film brings together 25 worship leaders and songwriters to revisit the songs that have helped shape modern worship across generations. The project is presented by The Fuel Music and Ori Music in association with K-LOVE and Air1.

Through live performances, interviews, and behind-the-scenes stories, House of Worship explores the origins and lasting influence of well-known worship anthems and their impact on artists, church leaders, and congregations around the world.

The film was recorded in the round at World Wide Stages in Spring Hill, Tennessee, where the artists collaborated on new versions of classic worship songs. A companion 13-track album will also be released. Michael W. Smith and Darlene Zschech serve as executive producers.

“What drew me to House of Worship was the opportunity to be a part of something that unites generations through songs that have shaped the Church,” Smith said in a release.

Featured artists include CeCe Winans, Hillary Scott of Lady A, Michael W. Smith, Darlene Zschech, Kari Jobe, Cody Carnes, Matt Redman, Israel Houghton, Naomi Raine, Charity Gayle, Brian and Jenn Johnson, Chris Brown of Elevation Worship, Ed Cash of We The Kingdom, Pat Barrett and others.

Performances featured in the film include “Open the Eyes of My Heart,” “The Heart of Worship,” “Here I Am to Worship,” “How Great Is Our God,” “Shout to the Lord,” “Agnus Dei” and “I Could Sing of Your Love Forever.”

The film is produced by Paul Mabury and John Hartley, with Danny McGuffey, Steve Nicolle and Hartley serving as co-executive producers.
