The company announced Nashville will serve as the flagship location for the new concept, which combines simulator technology with real putting surfaces, short-game areas and a modern indoor driving range.

CityGolf USA was developed in partnership with Nessie Capital, GOLFZON, Parlay Capital Holdings and the Tennessee Golf Foundation. The concept builds on the digital golf model created by GOLFZON founder and chairman Kim Young-Chan.

Unlike a traditional simulator venue, CityGolf Nashville is designed to recreate the experience of playing a full round. Golfers will move through a sequential 18-hole course using GOLFZON simulators along with real putting greens and dedicated short-game areas.

The venue will also include a chef-driven restaurant and bar, retail pro shop, private event spaces and driving-range bays for corporate and social gatherings. PGA-certified professionals will be available for lessons, leagues and player development programs.

“Golf has never been more popular, but for millions of golfers, finding the time, or even a place to play remains a challenge,” said Tony Graffia Jr., CEO of CityGolf USA and managing partner of Nessie Capital in a release. “CityGolf USA changes that by making it possible to play a full round before or after work, year-round, in cities where people live and work.”

CityGolf USA COO AJ Zahn said the Nashville location will introduce a type of golf experience that has not previously existed in the U.S.

“Our mission is to bring real golf into the heart of America’s cities, and Nashville is the perfect place to begin,” Zahn said.

The company is also planning a limited Founding Membership program offering early access to the Nashville location. Additional details will be announced as the opening approaches.

Nashville is expected to be the first of several CityGolf USA locations planned nationwide. The concept was previewed earlier this year with a model CityGolf hole at the 2026 PGA Show.

CityGolf USA also plans to announce a partnership with a world-renowned golf course architect who will help design the indoor course.

An opening date and exact Nashville location have not yet been announced.
